Tenuta Val d'Orcia sits on a hill between Montalcino and Pienza, in the heart of Val d'Orcia, Tuscany. The estate was completely renovated in 2022 and split into two interconnected buildings joined by panoramic terraces, with six ensuite double bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests across eight bathrooms.

Inside, there's a living room with a designer fireplace, a dining room facing Montalcino, a professional kitchen and a private wine cellar with a tasting table for 12. Outside, the grounds hold an infinity-edge pool (11.8 by 4.5 meters), a heated outdoor jacuzzi that runs up to 26-27 degrees, a private gym with treadmill and weight equipment, a stone-built BBQ, an outdoor shower, a hammock and a patio for dining. The property is gated with parking for five cars and includes air conditioning, floor heating, and floor cooling throughout, aside from the staff bedroom.

Daily housekeeping runs Monday through Saturday, with linen and towel changes twice weekly, all included in the stay along with house heating, jacuzzi heating and final cleaning. Extra services such as a private chef, massages, cooking classes, wine tastings and custom tours can be arranged on request, as can grocery shopping for a flat fee plus the cost of items. The nearest village, supermarket and restaurant are about 4km away, with more shops and dining within 6.4km.

Booking runs directly through the property's own website, which the operators note comes without added commission. Rates start around $2,571 a night and can reach roughly $3,714 depending on dates, for a six-bedroom, twelve-guest layout.
