Kokomo Farms

Kokomo Farms sits on nearly 20 acres of countryside near Live Oak, Florida, close to the Suwannee River and the area's springs. The farm offers cabin-style rooms, each uniquely decorated, aimed at couples and families looking for a quieter pace.

Outside, the property leans into its rural setting. Plants fill the grounds (some are even for sale), and a wrap-around porch gives a spot to read or just sit still. A fireplace and hot tub add comfort for cooler nights, with the hot tub set in what the farm calls its Zen Garden, a secluded corner of the property.

The cabins are simple and comfy rather than polished, in keeping with a working farm feel. It's a place suited to slowing down: no mention of a packed activity list, just acreage, nature, and proximity to North Florida's springs for day trips.

Booking runs through the farm's website, built on Wix.com, or by phone. Specific room rates and minimum stay aren't listed online, so those details are worth confirming directly with Kokomo Farms before you plan your visit.
