Five bedrooms sleep up to 18 people total, with beds ranging from kings and queens to a bunk room with three bunks. Summer brings hiking and biking trails nearby, though nearby construction can cause occasional noise during those months. Pets are not permitted, and everyone in the group must be over 31 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Maximum occupancy is capped at 18, and no more than two cars are allowed on site.

Booking runs through InvitedHome. Check-in is 4:00 PM MST and check-out is 10:00 AM MST, with codes sent by text after 4pm on arrival day once a credit card is on file. A deposit of half the total is due at booking if the arrival date is more than 110 days out, with the balance due 110 days before arrival.
