Radiance is a hand-built 16-foot zome tucked into the trees at Wildfern Grove, an intentional community on 40 acres outside Buckley, Washington, about 12 minutes from town. The curved, skylit structure holds a queen bed, loveseat, desk, mini-fridge, rechargeable lanterns, and a mini-split for heat and cooling, plus a private patio with a propane fire pit looking over the hillside.
There's no bathroom inside Radiance. A two-minute walk down the driveway leads to the Community Space in the lower level of the property's geodesic dome home, where guests find a full bathroom with walk-in shower, outdoor showers, a stocked kitchen, wifi, and complimentary coffee and tea. The 7-foot cedar hot tub on the dome's deck is shared and clothing-optional, with a shower required before use. A converted garage houses a 24/7 gym and movement space with yoga mats and aerial silks.
Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am, with changes possible by messaging the host in advance. Quiet hours run 10pm to 8am, and the property asks guests to treat the land as a sanctuary rather than a party spot. Dogs are welcome, up to two per stay, for a $25 fee, and must stay leashed outside and picked up after. Smoking is only allowed at least 25 feet from doors, and open flames indoors aren't permitted.
Parking sits across from the yurt, and a 4x4 or AWD vehicle is recommended when the access road is icy or snow-covered. Booking runs through Hipcamp, where current pricing and availability are listed.
