Treehouse Lodge

Treehouse Lodge sits in Sundance, just outside Park City, Utah, within easy reach of ski runs and hiking trails. The 5,300-square-foot lodge has four bedrooms and five bathrooms, sleeping up to 12 guests across three king suites on the main level, two queen bunk rooms below, and a loft with a queen bed and extra sleeping space for kids.

The main level's king suites each have a private ensuite, and the primary suite includes a cedar sauna. Downstairs, the bunk rooms also come with their own bathrooms. A great room anchors the main floor, with a large window facing Mt. Timpanogos, two dining tables seating up to 18, and bar seating for five more. The kitchen is outfitted with a 60-inch range and a Sub-Zero fridge, suited to cooking for a full house. A loft game room with a flat-screen TV and basketball hoop gives kids a space of their own.

Other features include a fireplace, Wi-Fi, bed linens, a dryer, and standard safety equipment like a fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide detector. The lodge is built for groups and families gathering for a ski trip, a celebration, or simply time away together in the mountains.

Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out at 11:00 am, with a maximum of 12 guests. Pets, smoking, and events are not permitted. Booking runs through Wander, where cancellation terms are listed: a full refund up to 30 days before check-in, 50% up to 7 days before, and no refund after that.
