The Blue Treehouse at Little River Treehouses

The Blue Treehouse sits among the Little River Treehouses cluster near Mentone, Alabama, with a lake view and direct trail access. It's built for couples looking to settle into the Lookout Mountain region without driving far for a hike or a swim.

Inside, the treehouse has a full kitchen and air conditioning, so meals and comfort don't depend on a town run. A barbecue grill and parking are on site, and pets are welcome, which matters if the trip includes a dog used to open country. Little River Canyon National Preserve is a 17-minute walk away, the Little River Canyon Center is a 2-minute drive, and DeSoto State Park is about 18 minutes by car, putting canyon rim trails, waterfalls, and the state park's own network of paths within easy reach.

Guest reviews put this stay at 9.6 out of 10, with repeated 10/10 marks specifically from couples, suggesting it holds up well for a quiet, low-key visit rather than a big group trip. Booking runs through Vrbo, where the listing's calendar, photos, and exact nightly rate are kept current.
