The log cabin spans 3,585 square feet across three levels, with four en-suite bedrooms (three king, one queen plus three sets of bunk beds) that sleep up to 10 guests. Cathedral ceilings and large windows frame views of Peak 10, Crystal Peak and Pacific Peak from the open-concept living, dining and kitchen area.

Outside, a deck and covered, heated patio face the mountains, with a gas grill and fire pit for evenings outdoors. The hot tub and fireplace cover the colder months, while a pool table, entertainment TV with sound system and a children's playground (summer) fill rainy or snowy days indoors. Free Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are included, along with linens, towels and stocked kitchen basics.

Access requires 4WD or AWD during winter weather, and the property sits 0.6 miles from a Summit Stage shuttle stop and about 4.5 miles from the nearest ski area. There is no air conditioning, standard for homes in this part of Summit County. Pets are not permitted, and the minimum age to book is 30. No weddings, bachelor or bachelorette parties, or other events are allowed on site, and there are no check-ins or check-outs on Christmas Day.
