Glamping Krn

Glamping Krn sits in the small village of Krn, on the edge of Triglav National Park near the Soča Valley, a ten-minute walk from the Kuhinja mountain hut. One of six timber huts on the property, each unit has a double bed with bedding, electricity, a mini fridge, and a shaded garden area with a hammock and fireplace for evenings under the stars. The surrounding peaks—Krn, Mrzli Vrh, Batognica, and others—offer routes for short walks or longer hikes, and nearby pastures still run working dairies selling mountain cheese and curd.

The property operates seasonally, from June 1 to September 30, with check-in between 3pm and 7pm and check-out between 9am and 10am. Rates vary by month: during July and August, a hut for two runs €70 a night with a two-night minimum, while June and September rates drop to €60 a night, with single-night stays available for €85. A tourist tax of €2.50 per night (half that for children aged 7–17) and a one-time €1 registration fee per person apply on top of the nightly rate. An extra bed costs €25 a night. Pets are not permitted.
