Horses, a donkey, calves, hens, a dog, cat and honey bees share the grounds, and the eggs and honey used in the breakfast basket come straight from the hens and bees next door. Coffee is sourced from Dingle, and the pods were built in Lixnaw, so there's a sense of local craft running through the whole setup.
