Arizona Mountain Inn & Cabins sits a mile outside downtown Flagstaff on 13 acres of ponderosa pine, with the Coconino National Forest wrapping three sides of the property. The San Francisco Peaks are visible from the grounds, and the setting stays quiet despite the short drive into town.

The 17 cabins range from a one-bedroom A-frame built for two up to a larger Hogan-style cabin that sleeps sixteen, so the property works for a couple's weekend, a family trip, or a bigger group gathering. Cabins come with wood stoves or fireplaces, full kitchens, and outdoor grills, and most allow dogs (Cabin #5 is the exception). For those who'd rather skip cooking, three Bed & Breakfast suites are available inside the inn's Tudor-style main building, with breakfast included and a coffee and brandy tray in the room; dogs aren't permitted in the B&B suites.

A fire pit and mountain views round out the setting, and the wooded privacy makes it a reasonable base whether the plan is hiking nearby trails or just sitting by a wood stove. Front desk hours run roughly 8am to 8 or 9pm daily, and bookings go through ResNexus on the inn's website or by phone.
