This A-frame sits in the pines outside Williams, Arizona, roughly 45 minutes from the Grand Canyon South Rim and under 10 minutes from downtown Williams and Route 66. It's a new build, finished in summer 2025, set on a quiet wooded 1.5-acre lot that's fully fenced with goat-wire, making it workable for dogs that need room to roam.
Inside there are two bedrooms across two levels: a loft with a king bed and mountain views upstairs, and a queen bedroom with blackout shades downstairs for guests who'd rather skip the stairs. Two full bathrooms have walk-in showers. The living area has a wood-burning stove, a Smart TV, and Bluetooth surround sound, and the kitchen comes fully stocked, including a Fellow coffee machine with grinder and tea samples. A mountain-facing deck with a propane fire feature is set up for morning coffee or evening drinks, and the surrounding area is known for dark skies and regular wildlife sightings, from jackrabbits to deer and elk.
Check-in is self-service with keyless entry, and security cameras cover the front entry and parking area. The access road is dirt for about half a mile off the highway, so an AWD vehicle is recommended, especially during monsoon season or snow. Fire restrictions through Coconino County apply to the fire pit and grill. Dogs are welcome at no extra charge, but hosts ask that they not be left unattended and that owners bring a crate; undisclosed pets incur a $100 fee from the deposit.
Rates start at $533 a night, with booking handled directly through the A-Frame Grand Canyon website.
